That was exceptionally friendly hotel set in pretty nice area, right by beaches and the center of town and the touristy restaurants and beach. From the moment we arrived the nice staff made us feel welcomed.

I recently stayed at Hostal Punta Arena for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Despite the language barrier, we were able to communicate effectively using google translate. The hostel had great amenities, including affordable mountain bike rentals, a convenient washer/dryer, and a clean kitchen with all the necessary supplies. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the beach and the trail leading to the national park.
I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is quite isolated, with a 5-10 minute walk down an unpaved road. the surrounding area is sparsely populated with noisy animals, causing disruptions in the early morning. the hotel itself is new and offers spacious rooms with a well-equipped kitchen and lounge area. the bathroom is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options including fresh juice and bread.
The substitute staff member initially placed us in the wrong room, resulting in a cramped space and only one bed instead of two.
